Randoms!!

Hey Everyone,

Im going to start throwing some "Random" posts up....pretty much pictures here and there that I take but that arent enough for their own blog post :)

First: Baking with the Goose! After our massive apple picking adventure Charlotte and I decided to bake daddy some apple cake....Charlotte missed the memo about apple cores not going into the cake LOL. She kept throwing them in and I kept taking them out. I won the battle as the cake was not baked with cores and all :)

I got to hang out with Mr. Alden for a couple of hours while his mom was at work last week....see below for the three pics while both kids actually were sitting still :)

Apple picking was SUCH a blast! I may need to go again before the season is out....Charlotte and I made some awesome apple cake (for daddy) and apple sauce!

Apple Picking Part 1

Hey Everyone!

We actually went apple picking two weekends ago but because I have been super busy I havent had a chance to post the TWO TONS of pictures I took of the kiddos. This was Charlotte's first time apple picking and she had a blast! Once she figured out that she could pick and eat everything off the trees she was sold. Shes been trying to bite into every fruit infront of her lately like she does an apple. Oranges, bananas, pears....some she is happy with others not. I am going to post this one in 2 parts because there are SO many pictures I couldnt just pick a couple.....

Puddle Stomping and Bed Jumping

Hello Again Everyone!

After our big adventure to feed the ducks and play at the playground we came back to our house for a BBQ. We pulled out the "kiddie" table for the first time ever. Its kind of weird to see Goose big enough to sit anywhere outside of her high chair but I am getting used to it. At any rate, here is a picture of the big kid table

After dinner C&C had some desert....see the pictures below of C&C  eating desert while watching elmo....Carter always finds the hilarity in Charlotte's desert eating habits :)

Last but certainly not least from Sunday's events....."bounce it" or jumping on the bed with Charlotte and Carter :)

After some serious shopping with Jen (Carter's mom) Monday, Charlotte and Carter's Dads got rained out at the playground so we all met up at our house to play with the kiddos. Carter and Charlotte had a blast playing outside in the puddles, with the wagon, and Charlotte's Cozy Coupe :)

Super fun weekend! Looking forward to the coming weekend when we get a visit from Papa and go apple picking (for the first time!) with Carter and his family :)
